COMMUNITY CONNECT

Connection is core to what we do and the services we provide at Life Care. Our services and programs are driven by people with a focus on building positive and supportive relationships.

Community Connect is program that runs alongside our food hamper services. Over the years it has continued to grow, with more and more people recognising it as a safe space where you can be yourself, make friends, share tips and ideas and most importantly feel valued and welcomed.

We are spoilt with Barista coffee and enjoy lunch at both our Peakhurst and Moorebank Sunday services and morning tea at our Wednesday service, made possible by some very generous community partners. 

In 2024 we launched Cafe Connect, a Friday morning service at Peakhurst for people that want to catch up and foster the relationships ad connections they are building via other services.
