Case Work Support
Our qualified case workers provide personalised, ongoing support tailored to each individual or family. This includes safety planning, advocacy, and practical assistance such as navigating housing, financial hardship, and access to essential services. Case workers walk alongside clients over time—helping them set goals, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward independence and recovery.
Legal Support
We offer a fortnightly legal clinic in partnership with Horizons Family Law. This free service provides access to professional legal advice in a safe and supportive environment. Support includes guidance on family law matters such as Apprehended Violence Orders (AVOs), parenting arrangements, separation, and navigating the legal system—helping individuals understand their rights and make informed decisions.
Community Connect
Recovery is not just practical—it is deeply relational. Through Community Connect, we provide a safe, welcoming space where individuals and families can reconnect with others in their community. Held over a shared meal, this program fosters belonging, reduces isolation, and creates opportunities for people to engage with others in a way that is safe, respectful, and dignified.
