Conditions of Bidding

By participating in the Silent Auction for the Hilary Queen Bedside Suite, bidders agree to the following conditions:

1. Minimum Bid: The minimum bid is $100. All bids must be in whole dollars.

2. Bidding Closes: Bidding will close at 9:30pm on Thursday, 27 June 2025, during the Sleeping Rough Corporate Dinner.

3. Winning Bid: The highest valid bid submitted before the deadline will be deemed the winner.

4. Payment: The winning bidder must finalise payment on the night of the event (27 June 2025) via EFT, credit card, or cash.

5. Sleeping Option: The winner will have the unique opportunity to sleep in the queen suite (set up in the car park!) on the night — this is optional and completely up to the winner.

6. Donation of Item: After the event, the bedroom suite will be donated to a family in crisis through Georges River Life Care.

7. Disqualification: Bids without full contact details may be disqualified. The organisers reserve the right to reject any bid that appears suspicious or incomplete.

8. All Proceeds: 100% of funds raised will go toward supporting Life Care’s programs for vulnerable families.
