Using the arts to change lives and provide access for all

ArtsLife is a performing arts program that aims to change lives. We believe that the arts should be for everyone. They bring communities together, give a sense of belonging, reduce isolation, and give life to stories beyond our own experience. ArtsLife aims to give everyone in our community access to affordable, high quality arts experiences.

There are currently two streams of ArtsLife. ArtsLife Kids provides performance workshops and music tuition for children and young people. We offer highly subsidised or free places to participate in our workshops for those that can’t afford them.

ArtsLife Access aims to change the lives of those living with profound and multiple disabilities using theatre and dance. We empower participants by giving them a voice and telling their story. We run theatre/dance workshops and develop performances with and for our participants.

Working with adults and children who live with profound and multiple learning disabilities, we offer multi-sensory, practical workshops that allow participants to express themselves through theatre, dance, music and art. We create productions created by and for our participants.

We work in partnership with disability service providers and schools and welcome enquiries. Please contact us for more information.
