Mark 1:35 says that:
“Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.” Then in Luke 5:16 “Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed.”
When you read the gospels it’s clear that Jesus had a definite rhythm to His life. He was very intentional in stepping back from relationships and the busyness of life to spend time with His Father. This is where He developed the strength to face whatever was ahead of Him.
